1. Return & Refund Policy
Sims Publishing Group (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides both physical goods and digital publishing services. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:
1.1 Physical Books – Damaged Goods
- All physical book sales are final.
- If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within five (5) calendar days of delivery.
- A clear photograph of the damaged product and packaging must be emailed to info@simspublishinggroup.com.
- Once verified, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement copy. Replacements are subject to stock availability and shipping conditions.
- No cash refunds will be issued for damaged goods; only replacements will be provided.
1.2 Digital and Publishing Services
- All digital services, including formatting, publishing support, author consultations, marketing mockups, and turnkey publishing packages are non-refundable once work has begun.
- Work is considered “begun” once time has been allocated by our team and/or initial deliverables, planning sessions, or setup tasks have been initiated.
- Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of publishing services, we do not offer cancellations, partial refunds, or credits once a project has commenced.
1.3 Final Sale
- All physical products and service packages are considered final sale, with the sole exception of damaged books as outlined above.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge the specialized nature of our work and agree not to file chargebacks or payment reversals for services rendered or time allocated.
For any return-related inquiries, contact info@simspublishinggroup.com.

- Sims Publishing Group is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or force majeure events.
2.3 Customs and Fees
-
Orders shipped outside of the USA may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2.4 Lost or Delayed Orders
- Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with that carrier.
- In cases of significant delay or loss, we will assist in filing a carrier claim but are not liable for compensation beyond that offered by the carrier.
